A Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring qualified candidates to fill open positions within an organization. They manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying staffing needs to extending job offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to utilize various recruitment tools and strategies. I spend a lot of time reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings and coordinating new hires with hiring managers. I feel it is important to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process, from application to offer to providing regular updates to candidates and hiring managers.

I’m a motivated and enthusiastic to help individuals who are interested in working here at SynBio. I have always had had a strong interest in the pharmaceutical industry with always the intent to help patient’s live a healthier life. Personally I love to hike, enjoy nature and involved in 3 charitable organizations. Spending time with my family is very important to me and I am proud that SynBio promotes a good work life balance for all of its employees.
